<Dyslexics Untie> 16+ Mature Raiding Guild 

Who are Dyslexics Untie?  
 
We are a level 80 raiding guild of mature players looking to push towards end game content, while still maintaining a friendly and sociable atmosphere.  
 
 
Guild Rankings:  
 
The guild ranking structure has been set out in a hierarchical manor so trial members have to work their way to progress through ranks, being a Raider will get you a priority position in raids over a Reserve Raider. Trials will also get priority over Reserve Raiders if raid makeup permits to allow the person to be placed in the raid group.

Roles of Ranks:  
 
The following are lists of what roles certain ranks will play within the guild to allow the guild to effectively together:  
 
 

Guild Master:  
 
The guild masters main role within the guild is to run the general management of guild functions

 
Officer:  
 
The Officers main roles are as follows:  
 
Ø To assist the Guild Master and offer help to the members of Dyslexics Untie  
 
 
Member (Raider, Reserve, Trial):  
 
To be respectful of other guildies / players and remember that you are representing the guild Dyslexics Untie at all times in game.  
 
 
Expectations in a raid environment:  
 
The following are expectations of raiders within the guild Dyslexics Untie, if you do not believe you can adapt to these expectations then Dyslexics Untie is not the home for you.  
 
 
Ø Having knowledge of your class and boss fights we are to encounter  
 
Ø Having correct gemming and enchants for your gear, if you have any issues with these talk to officers/Guild Master about correct gemming and enchanting  
 
Ø Coming to raid, raid ready meaning being repaired at 100% durability with required Flasks, Food and Reagents  
 
Ø Be supportive of the raid negativity will get you nowhere  
 
Ø No whining will be tolerated, ie. Loot, being sit out of raid  
 
 
Rules and Regulations:  
 
 
1. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, and will be cause for immediate demotion ie. Guild chat, trade chat.  
2. Drama will not be tolerated so leave it at the log in screen.  
3. EP/GP is our loot distribution if you take an item and decide you don’t want it, you will still be charged the points so think before bidding.  
4. We are all here to have fun but at the end of the day we are not a casual raiding guild we are not a support group we are here to see content and progression.  
5. There will be no favouritism in this guild, all rules and expectations will be followed by all. From Guild Master to Trial Member  
 
 
Disciplinary Actions:  
 
Dyslexics Untie works on a three strikes rule; first strike results in an in-game whisper and a post in the officer forums.  
 
The second strike will result in another whisper followed by a deduction in your EP/GP along with a post in Officer discussion explaining what had happened.  
 
The third strike depending on the offence will result in a demotion to trial or a guild kick which will be up to the officers discretion. If you believe you have been discriminated against you are allowed to send an in game mail to one of the officers of the guild master explaining your case, and we can review the information given to us  
 
 

Required to Raid:  
 
The following are requirements of all ranks to be within the raiding guild, the requirements are there to allow for a peaceful and stable raiding environment  
 
 
Ø Positive Attitude  
 
Ø Progression orientated  
 
Ø Willingness to listen and take creative criticism  
 
Ø Willing to learn  
 
Attendance:  
 
A Raider is required to maintain 75% raid attendance  
 
 
 
Trials:  
 
Trial members will be required to attend 5 raids within the guild at a minimum to allow the officers and Guild Master to come to a conclusion about your application, by a maximum of 12 raids. While maintaining a 80% raid attendance.  
 
 
 
Posting AFK is mandatory for all; failure to post on the guild website will result in disciplinary action. (Exceptions will be made if it was unavoidable but this will be at the discretion of the officers)  
 
 
 
Alts:  
 
All alts are welcome to the guild but please do not annoy other guild members by asking repeatedly, say it in guild and leave it at that, Multiple attempts can be taken as an offence  
 
 
 
 
 

Achievement Runs:  
 
We all like achievements some less than others so on off nights there may be some sort of run organised in the guild calendar, these are not mandatory but if you sign up to a raid you are expected to be there, it will be considered a normal raid and will require you post afk. Due to leaving 9 others without warning
